Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
No-shows or cancellations (including rescheduling) made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50%.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged in full. The appointment must be rescheduled.
Refunds are not offered for any services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, I’m happy to discuss a possible adjustment. You must notify me within 24 hours of your appointment to be considered for an adjustment.
