Cancellation Policy
We charge 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged the 100% fee and will have to reschedule that appointment. I offer adjustments of the service if I was informed about it within 24 hours of the service. No refunds can be offered for a service, only adjustments.
